Coraline Chapatte is Swiss but has been living in Turkey for almost 10 years. She has been a runner since childhood and then became an ultra marathoner (she ran 8 ultra marathons in 2014 and 2015) and in 2016 she moved to triathlon. She won the third rank in the Turkish Triathlon Championships (age group: 30 -39 years old) in 2016 and 2017, became national 2017 Champion of Turkey in Duathlon (age group: 30 – 39 years old) and participated in 4 Ironman 70.3 races in 12 months.
To her, training, racing, being a triathlete is much more than being and living an athlete’s life. She writes stories about the competitions and the destinations she travels to race for the Swiss newspaper “Le Temps”, puts into practice what she learns while studying “Sports Psychology and Sports Mentoring” for her Masters in Sports Management at the University of Marmara in Istanbul and collects new experiences that she shares with students and companies as a motivation speaker.
Furthermore, she is a social media and marketing specialist and performance coach.
